A Guide to Asian Greens

– An intro and a rant about Asian produce

My folks began their wholesale business when I was 12 and suddenly my weekends went from idle teenage fun to farm hand. Helping out meant culling yellow leaves from vegetables, repacking pallets worth of produce, FYI a pallet of Shanghai Bok Choy has about 30 cases, at 25-30 lbs per case. That's a lot of vegetable! This was the beginning of my education on Asian produce.
